I rarely leave negative reviews, but after this experience I feel it’s important to share. My vehicle has been in this shop three separate times for the same repair, and the issue still has not been resolved. On two different occasions, my Audi left the shop with the check engine light on, even though there was NO check engine light when I brought it in. As a result, I had to take my vehicle to the Audi dealership and pay out of pocket for diagnostics because new issues appeared after the repairs. During my second visit, not only was my check engine light on, the coolant hose was left disconnected. A few weeks later after that, I get a text asking me if the OBD diagnostic scanner was left plugged into my vehicle after the repair. (Yes it was and I kindly returned it) I also trusted them to do a brake job and my brakes have squeaked ever since. I addressed that as well at the second visit. These may seem like small oversights individually, but together they raise serious concerns about the quality control and attention to detail being exercised before vehicles are returned to customers. Another concern is the constant turnover. Each time I’ve brought my vehicle in, there have be

Everyone was kind and helpful. My Mercedes had a coolant issue and it was fixed quickly. The price was much more reasonable than going to a Mercedes dealership. Would definitely recommend this place!

Went into an escalation of trust with Mickey & the team at Bergmans no less than 2hrs after dropping my car off for fluid changes and flush. Mickey and the team quickly discovered a major transmission issue and walked me thru the entire process making sure I fully understood and trusted what they were doing. They were honest, upfront and at no point did I feel I was being taken advantage of. Mickey brings old school trust & relationship to the forefront of the business. I met him on a Monday and by end of the day Tuesday I felt like I was doing business with a shop I’d gone to for many years. Not only did they fix all the problems, they did it fairly and they did it quickly & with great pride. I WOULD NOT HESITATE to trust my car to Mickey & the team at Bergmans for any future work I might need. In fact, they will always be my first call.

As a single woman, walking into a dealership or mechanic shop can feel intimidating — but not here. Bergman’s European Automotive is genuinely different, and I cannot recommend them enough. A friend with a Volvo pointed me their way after my Audi dealership quoted me nearly $1,000 for a mileage service. After asking around, I landed at Bergman’s — and I haven’t looked back. What sets them apart is how they communicate. They don’t just fix your car; they explain what needs attention and how urgently it actually needs to be addressed. That kind of transparency is rare and invaluable. I was just in yesterday for spark plugs and a tire rotation. While I was there, they discovered I had a flat — not patchable — and they went ahead and ordered a replacement tire for me before the end of the day. While I waited, I couldn’t help but notice how their team handled everything: other customers calling in, parts dealers, logistics — all managed with total professionalism, warmth, and calm. The environment is comfortable, the staff is friendly every single time, and you always leave feeling informed rather than confused or taken advantage of. If you drive a European car — or know someone wh

Just got a new to me Audi A8 L 4.0T. I had always owned European performance vehicles and am very selective on who wenches on them from stock to mods. I was referred to Bergman's was highly recommended by another auto shop I would go to for my family's non euro cars. Located on 301 and Riverview Dr. (Plug for the referral). Bergman's completed an affordable diag. and reviewed and confirmed all of my concerns. Corrected 3 minor errors. At a very affordable price. The staff was very knowledgeable and showed me how to operate features I did not know existed in my vehicle. (Great! 👍🏾) Very detailed and professional. Even the other customers the were fantastic. I would recommend that you just go down and give the a chance. I will be back for future repairs or mods.
